Merdeka celebration for this year was held at Penang Times Square. HBP USM had been involved in release balloon event after the coundown.

MERDEKA THEATRETTE.!!

For this coming National Day celebration, we were assigned to make a theatrette based on "merdeka" theme. To complete this assignment, we need to form a group consists of 10 members. So we form a group which consists of 4 malay boys and 6 chinese girls. All the students were given 4 days to plan, practice and prepare everything they need during the performance day. Our team have chose to perform the merdeka first celebration where we looked back the first time our nation nation achieved the independence from the British government. We prepared the things we need such as 6BBBB, BST, mask, and sarong. Below are the progress and final performance of our team.

6-BALLOON BLACK BAMBOO BOX !!

On this task, we asked to make a "6-BALLOON BLACK BAMBOO BOX". We have to make a box by using bamboo and recycled paper. We also must put the 6-standard helium balloon in a box.We must ensure that no part of the balloon is Exposed and all Balloons must be releasable by the box owner ONE AT A TIME!!.
This box will be used at the independence celebrations in penang times square on 31 AUGUST 2010. lets check it out!

PROJECT 3B : THE BLACK BOX.!

On this task, we asked to make a sketch book named "BLACK BOOK" of A4 size.! We are asked to draw as much a black box in this book. This box is called "BLACK BOX". We are required to choose one painting black box has been drawn in the book. Then, we shall Compose in A3 paper. We also need to have a photocopy of the page. After that, we should paint the black box and submit the job. This task is very exciting and this is the result.

CUBE AND MYSELF SCALE DRAWING !!

On the last Wednesday August 4, 2010, we had be explained some of the drawings. At this time we are asked to draw as many cube that can be in a A3 paper. I draw as many cubes that can be in the paper A3. We also asked to draw their own pictures in a given scale. Lines on A3 paper should be made without using erasers and rulers. Even though I was a bit crooked lines, but this is my results. Perhaps in the future, I will be able to improve my lines. Lets check it out.
